Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

Pegasus is operated by Pegasus Tech AI Provider, based in Brazil ("Pegasus", "we", "us"). By subscribing to a plan or using the key issued to your account, you agree to these terms. You can reach us at support@pegasusrelay.com.

Purchases are handled by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. Creem processes your payment, issues your receipt and handles billing, refunds and taxes on our behalf.

2. What the service is

Pegasus Soft Fusion gives you access to a suite of AI text and code models (Pegasus Ultra, Thinking, Speed and Flash) through one key and an endpoint compatible with the Anthropic and OpenAI API formats. You use the key inside compatible tools such as Claude Code, Claude Desktop or Cursor.

The plan sold on this site is text and code only. It does not include image or video generation.

Pegasus is independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or representatives of Anthropic, OpenAI or any model provider. Your key is not an account with any of them and does not give access to claude.ai or to your Anthropic account's features. Third-party names appear only to describe technical compatibility.

3. Account and key

• Each account has one personal key. Treat it like a password: all usage made with it is attributed to your account.
• Access is individual. You may not share, sell, sublicense or resell your key or your access.
• If you suspect your key was exposed, email us right away and we will replace it.

4. Usage, limits and metering

• Pegasus Soft Fusion has no token counter and no quota.
• Each key has a limit on requests per minute and on requests running at the same time. These limits keep the service fast for everyone.
• Responses are fast off-peak. At peak hours and in very long conversations they can take up to a minute.
• We measure each request (model, tokens and duration) to apply these limits and run the service. We do not store the content of your requests.
• We may adjust limits or the composition of the suite. If a change reduces what you receive, we will tell you before it takes effect.

5. Payment, renewal and cancellation

• Pegasus Soft Fusion costs US$ 9.90 per month, plus any taxes that apply in your country. The final price is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime with the link in your Creem receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You agree not to use Pegasus, directly or through any tool connected to it, to request, generate or distribute:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic or any other NSFW sexual content, including content involving adults only. This applies to text, code and any other output.
• Any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors. We report such content to the competent authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate content, deepfakes, or content that impersonates a real person without their consent.
• Content that promotes or incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, harassment or hatred against people or groups.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others.
• Fraud, phishing, scams, malware, unauthorized access to systems, or spam.

You also agree not to share or resell your key, and not to try to bypass our limits, metering or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate a key that breaks these rules. For serious violations we may do so immediately and without a refund. Where we can do so without making the problem worse, we will tell you why.

7. Generated content

Responses are produced by AI models and can be wrong, even when they sound certain. You are responsible for checking anything you use, especially in professional work. We claim no rights over what you send or what you receive.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it depends on third parties and on scheduled maintenance, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We announce significant interruptions by email.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: prompts and responses are not stored; usage numbers are.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change reduces your rights, we will email you reasonably in advance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
